Unless something drastic happens in the next 36 hours, the first AnnArbor.com/MLive.com high school football Game of the Week will be Friday out at Lincoln High School, aka the “Splitter Nation”, when the Railsplitters host Belleville.

For those who don’t care to venture to the Splitter Nation and want to participate in our first Game of the Week chat that Friday, there is a little bit of preparation needed first.

The chat will be hosted in the comments section of the MLive.com High School Sports Network and, in order to participate, readers will need an MLive.com account, which is separate from your AnnArbor.com account.

Those who don't have an MLive.com account can sign up here.

Just to clarify, the MLive.com account is separate from the account you need to comment on AnnArbor.com, so AnnArbor.com users will need to register before participating in the chat. If you have ever commented on a story at MLive.com, then you’re good. See you in Friday’s chat.

For those who haven’t registered yet, get on it. We want to hear from you in Friday's chat.
