Sunday is the 30th, not the 31st! So, it still leaves me wondering, is trick-or-treating Sunday or Monday?

Thank you for the Trick-or-Treat times! We just moved to Ypsilanti and had no idea when to take out little ones out. Now, if only I knew where to take them. I'm told out neighborhood is not a good one for trick-or-treating.

Here's one for Wayne County that came to my inbox: Halloween Free Fest is this coming weekend, Saturday October 30th at Saint Andrews Hall in Downtown Detroit. This is the first year of what is sure to become an annual event. The show will feature over 20 Bands on 2 Stages and incorporate 2 shows into one event. http://www.myspace.com/halloweenfreefest

I just think 5-8 is a ridiculous amount of time for trick or treating in Ann Arbor. I think 6-7 or even 6-8 is plenty! Although Halloween is on a Sunday this year, 5:00 on weekdays with kids, daycare pick-ups, work, dinner, etc... is very hard to do! Not that you must go out at that time, but kids do come knocking on your door the full time.

Hey Ed, any idea of the trick or treat times for Ypsi and Ypsi Twp? Whether I agree with scheduled times or not, it's nice to know when to sit down, relax, and let the dogs back out!

Trick or Treat times? Who decided that we needed set times for such an individual and personal activity. Which organization decided they had the time to consider and the authority to establish permissible times for Hallowe'en? Foolishness -- an NO TREATS for them at all!
