Seal—who plays a wide variety of styles, including roots rock, country, folk, gospel and jazz standards—will perform a lunchtime concert at noon this Friday, Aug. 5, on the patio at AnnArbor.com's community space, 301 E. Liberty St. (at Fifth Avenue).
Seal has recorded five albums, toured the United States and performs as a solo artist, in duos and with a band. Her albums have been heard on more than 200 Americana and roots radio programs across the United States and in Europe. She founded her own boutique record label, Smokin' Sleddog Records, in 1999, and has five artists on the roster.
