New York Jets veteran mentoring undrafted rookie Donovan Warren

"No matter how many times rookie cornerback-turned-safety Donovan Warren has had a query about the Jets' intricate defense, Jim Leonhard has always helped," writes Manish Mehta in the New York Daily News.

The fifth-year Jets starter and Warren, in his first year out of Michigan, have a connection. Neither were selected in the NFL Draft.

"I kind of have that connection with everybody that's an undrafted free agent," Leonhard told The Daily News.

In his mind being an undrafted free agent was better than coming back to UM.
