The Nebraska and Michigan football teams are similar in many ways.

Both teams run a form of the spread offense.

Both teams have unconventional, yet effective, athletic quarterbacks.

Both teams were national champions in 1997.

Yes, that shared national championship. It's what makes the rivalry between the schools, at least from a fan's perspective, heated even if the teams have only been conference rivals for two years. Michigan destroyed Nebraska at the Big House last year, but Michigan football beat writer Kyle Meinke thinks it might be a different story down in Lincoln.

The real question though is who ya got?

I love my Wolverines but Nebraska plays much better at home. It should be close because the Michigan D is better than I thought they would be. But Michigan lacks balance in their offence and that will be their undoing. Nebraska 28 Michigan 24. P.S. I hope I'm wrong and you can all make me eat crow!!!
