Police investigating stabbing near University of Michigan campus
A man was stabbed early Sunday morning in the 700 block of Monroe Street in Ann Arbor, the University of Michigan Department of Public Safety reported.
The Ann Arbor Police Department is handling the investigation. Officials declined Sunday to release any further information, including the extent of the man's injuries.
According to a DPS crime alert, the man was stabbed during a fight on Monroe Street, just west of South State Street near South Quad. The suspect, described as a white male wearing a blue-and-white jacket, left in a car southbound on South State following the 1:34 a.m. attack.

I hope the victim is recovering, and I don't like the idea of the suspect heading south on State. (thats heading my way). makes me wonder about the girl on Hill St. also. I hope this coward gets caught soon.

I wonder if this is the same white guy who attacked the girl on Hill street last week? Same general location, same general suspect description.....I'm going to keep my eyes open.

Well its a good thing they waited for the victim to get off campus. That's one less charge they need to worry about if they are caught...
