Performance Network offers "Michael Lee and OPUS Mime" for kids on Saturday
Performance Network Theatre will offer — as part of its Saturday Series for Young Audiences — Michael Lee and OPUS Mime's "Stories Beyond Words" on Saturday, April 17 at 1 p.m., followed by a milk and cookie reception.
The show is a collection of sketches — from the hilarious to the tender — that use fun costumes and music. Kids are invited to join in the show as they learn ways to communicate non-verbally with physical acting.
Lee trained with legendary mime Marcel Marceau, and under his direction, OPUS Mime has performed nationwide in works that illuminate elements of the human condition.
Tickets are $10 for those 16 and over, and $7 for children under 16. Call 734-663-0681 to make a reservation, or visit www.performancenetwork.org.
