Want to party like Darren Criss and Mario Batali? Starting Friday, you can do it six days a week. Bill's Beer Garden, downtown Ann Arbor's open-air drinking establishment, is launching an expanded schedule beginning this Friday.

Located in the parking lot adjacent to Downtown Home and Garden at 218 S. Ashley St., Bill's Beer Garden serves beer, wine and mixed drinks, while food is available a few steps away at Mark's Carts.

Aside from being a visiting celebrity magnet - as evidenced by recent visits from "Glee"'s Darren Criss and celebrity chef Mario Batali - Bill's Beer Garden has developed into a favorite summer gathering place for both the townie and the student crowds.

Bill's Beer Garden summer hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 5-11 p.m. and Sundays from 4-9 p.m. This schedule will run through Oct. 31, when the bar will revert back to three days a week.

The outdoor bar also has announced a special Fourth of July schedule. The gates will open at 2 p.m. and close at 9 p.m. on Thursday.
