Redmon Heating & Cooling Inc., a Grandville-based HVAC business, was recently honored at the Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems annual dealer meeting with a Tier 2 Medal of Excellence Award. This is the third year that the company has won the award. Grand Rapids-based Behler-Young is Bryant’s exclusive distributor for Michigan and Northwest Ohio dealers and has a location in Ann Arbor.

The MOE award is a business enrichment program specifically designed to recognize Bryant dealers like Redmon Heating & Cooling that do “whatever it takes” to improve their business. The decision to honor a Bryant dealer with the MOE distinction is based on their sales growth, product mix, and customer satisfaction. Additional criteria such as their dealer program utilization and the company’s self-assessment are also taken into consideration.

Only 15 Bryant dealers are recognized with the MOE award nationally. Three winners are selected from each of the company’s five regions across the United States and Canada. In order to level the field, dealers are divided into three tiers based on their annual sales.

In May, Redmon Heating & Cooling (www.redmonheating.com) will compete against the 14 other MOE Award Winners at the national level for the Bryant Dealer of the Year Award in Indianapolis.
