Newspapers
Adrian. The Adrian Daily Telegram is owned by GateHouse Media, a newspaper chain based in Fairhouse, N.Y., which publishes 25 other papers throughout rural Michigan, including dailies, weeklies, and shoppers. Adrian is about an hour south and west of Ann Arbor. Today's lead story is on the FBI raids on the Hutaree group, with photos that include a helicopter over Clayton, MI.
Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Exponent publishes weekly on Tuesdays; its complete newspaper is online. The Exponent has been in business since 1881.
Hudson. The Hudson Post-Gazette has published weekly since 1858 and is the oldest business in that city. It features community articles about cities in the area, with accounts of the Hudson Area Schools and the Clayton Community Club.
Tecumseh. The Tecumseh Herald is published by Herald Publishing Company, and has been in print since 1850. Tecumseh is about 25 minutes south of Ann Arbor.
Libraries
The Lenawee County Library serves communities through the entire county, with branches in Adrian, Addison, Britton, Clayton, Deerfield, and Onstead. The library has a Facebook page as well.
