The Detroit Red Wings enter the NHL All-Star Game break in first place and fresh off a 3-1 victory against the New Jersey Devils.

The Red Wings (30-13-6) have 66 points and a six-point lead over second place Nashville in the Central Division of the Western Conference.

Darren Helm, Valtteri Filppula and Johan Franzen scored for Detroit. Helm has 12 points in his last 13 games.
