It seems like most Michigan fans are giddy over Hoke...and I like him so far too. Lets not forget that we have at least a couple years before we are going to be a really good team. I love our guys right now, but they are square pegs trying to perform in round holes right now. It is going to take time.

@Don, I don't like his Horrid record versus teams that finish over .500, I also don't like his near zero winning percentage against ranked teams.

You can only go so far with good coaching before the talent of your players becomes the main factor. Unfortunately for Hoke, the talent level at Ball State and SDSU was only so-so because those are second-tier programs. When he has good talent to work with, his record against top teams will most likely improve quite a bit. At U-M, especially with the recruiting 2012 class, hopefully that will be the case.
