41-83 my wallet hinges on what Tressel decides to do with his big lead in the second half. I don't disagree with you on that point. Like I said, last week was much easier to pick against the spread.

Must disagree with the analysts - don't look for this to be a runaway game. Tressel is smart enough to play reserves and keep the score close - a 10 or 11 point lead - scoring when necessary to maintain it. If it looks like Rodriguez really hung in there against the Buckeyes, the AD might keep him for at least another year.

It seems like most people on here saying harbough should be our next coach must have forgot 3 years ago harbough said he wanted nothing to do with the michigan football program and if kirk herbsreit didn't blow the whissel on espn gameday 3 years ago les miles might be are head coach now. rich rod has brought some excitement to are offense but his stupid 335 defense is not going to work in the big ten.

XTR - "A storied rivalry is starting to crumble" UM is 0 for 6 the last 6 years, and only 1 win in the last 9-10 years, I'd say, this rivalry has crumbled years ago. It will be BACK...soon! Go Blue!

Yea I get it, most think Ohio State is going beat Michigan its not a brave pick, so do you have to be so cotton picking smug about it? Just remember 1969 all hope is never lost, Go Blue.

28 points against OSU? UM scored 28 against Wisconsin. Pete Bigelow picks UM to score 28 points. Mike Rothstien picks UM to score 28 points. This is a very tough road game for Michigan at the shoe. OSU clearly has the best defense in the B10. Michigan only scored 17 against MSU at home. I don't see UM scoring 28 points in the game. But, to be fair, I do not see OSU scoring 45 either (unless we have turnovers).

The Wisky game was easy $$ with the line under 7 points. That was a real no brainer. This week is tougher but I am taking my windfall from last week and betting that Tressel piles it on. He can win this game by whatever margin he wants to. Tressel knows that a close game might help RR keep his job - and therefore make TTDS' 'prime objective' easier. On the other hand, a complete throttling of Michigan in what will be RR's last game would be a signature win for both OSU and Tressel. My gut says Tressel goes for the crush. Taking OSU and giving 17 points. Ouch.

It is such a shame that a storied rivalry is starting to crumble because UM has ceased to field a competitive team against the top team in the conference the past 3 years. Offensive records are misleading, win big and pad the stats against the small schools and then sputter and underachieve against the good teams. This is the program under RR where everything of tradition is destroyed, including the rivalry with Ohio State.

I was in Columbus last weekend and the OSU fans, all they could talk about was what a waste this game is going too be and hoping that Dave Brandon does not fire RR. They are scared that DB will hire someone that gets it unlike RR and that will bring the sweater vest down. As much as I want UM to win it is not going to happen and RR will be gone and JH will be here on Tuesday.

Tressel will not let up in the 2nd half with a big lead like Wisky did. OSU defense is disciplined and strong. And even though TTDS is not as strong as either of the other Big Ten leaders, Tressel is going to have a lot of fun Saturday at our expense.

Thanks for the sorry thanksgiving cheer and mud in the face description of your dream defeat this saturday for our team 3 and out. Yeah sure, go blue. LOL! Is your blue game jacket reversable? Does it come with a red lining or are you just one of thoes analytic types who are always berating the home team just because it's so easy to dish out pain these days? Every day, day in day out. Again, thanks for the holiday cheer, as you're probably correct about the game but the future is bright and this team will win 9 games next year with Rich Rod as coach. I've heard others predict a better scenario with Jim Harbough as coach- which is far less rational and objective than keeping RR and the team together.

Happy Thanksgiving to the Rational Thinkers here at AA. I hope that you are enjoying your Turkey, Stuffing and Pumpkin Pie. Now, let's talk about that other Turkey, Pumpkin Pie and the Stuffing that they are going to take on Saturday down in the former Horseshoe. The Worst Defense in Michigan football history, following the previous 2 worst defenses in Michigan football history....all under the guise of Rich A. Rodriguez...has no shot of stopping Pryor and the physical OSU offense. Their only hope is to slow them down. OSU's defense is very good, very sound and they maintain their gap responsibility. They are also very fast and physical. They will keep our 1 - man - show offense pretty much in check. OSU rolls to a big halftime lead (a common theme for RR teams in the Big Ten) and the one man Michigan show offense will get some late game yards and a couple of scores to keep the Koolaid Crowd happy and chortling about their "offensive genius". There will also be at least one or two key Special Teams and Kicking errors for Michigan, along with the assorted turnovers on offense (Once Again Michigan is at the bottom of the Big Ten in turn overs and ratio under Richard A. Rodriguez). In other words: A typical Rich Rodriguez Big Ten game vs. a good opponent. All of this will add up to a 50-23 OSU win... they went for 2 because they could not go for 3.... Rich Rodriguez falls to 6-18 in the Big Ten and 0-12 vs. Big Ten teams that have winning records.... and Look Out cause' next year, the new HC at Michigan will have the scout team wearing the #50 all season in preparation for THE GAME...in the Big House...yes a coach that actually "Gets" the importance of THE GAME. It will be 1969 all over again. Go Blue.
