Michigan athletic department 'garage sale' precedes football Fan Day
A garage sale of Michigan athletic gear will precede the Michigan football Fan Day at Michigan Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The garage sale, scheduled to run 8 a.m.-11 a.m. at the indoor track building, will offer football jerseys, pants, footballs, shoes, polo shirts and more, the university announced in a release today.
The annual Fan Day begins at 2 p.m. at Michigan Stadium. The event is free and gates open at 1 p.m. Parking is available in lots near the stadium and at Pioneer High School.

Let me make sure I understand this... If the university sells old jerseys as sports memorabilia, the NCAA calls that a "garage sale." But if a student-athlete sells a similar jersey he legally owns, the NCAA calls that a "violatation." The school is sanctioned and the coach is fired. Regardless of whether you bleed scarlet and gray or support the "blue," you have to admit the NCAA has a double standard with regard to sports memorabilia.

The Indoor Track Building is located on South Campus (Athletic Department Campus) and sits west of Ray Fischer Stadium. The entrance will be directly behind the baseball scoreboard. Lots of great stuff any Michigan fan would appreciate:)
