McGary, a 6-foot-11, 260-pound power forward from Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., was named as an honorable mention member of the NEPSAC AAA team.

St. John's commit Jakarr Sampson was the AAA most valuable player, while two other members of McGary's Brewster club, T.J. Warren (North Carolina State) and Semaj Christon (Xavier) were first-team mentions.

Stauskas, a 6-foot-6, 205-pound guard from St. Mark's School in Southborough, Mass., was a member of the NEPSAC AA team.

Iowa State signee Georges Niang was named the AA MVP, and joining Stauskas on the AA team was uncommitted prospect Nerlens Noel, regarded by most as the top overall player in the 2012 class.
