No surprise: Lions take Ndamukong Suh; Tigers beat Angels and more

Now that Ndamukong Suh is a Detroit Lion, how will he be used? Longtime Lions beat writer Tom Kowalski says Suh will be an inside player on most downs but can move around and give the Lions a flexible defense.

Picking Suh was a no-brainer, even for the Lions. The guy is an absolute beast. He'll make the entire defense better. Even WHEN the other team double-teams him, other guys will be unblocked to make the plays. He also sounds like a great person too. I'd be extremely surprised if you ever see him named in a police report. And I think he IS the real deal and won't be a disappointment like many previous high-pick D-linemen.
