Leach sued Texas Tech - and Tuesday found out he can proceed with his case against the university regarding his firing.

Wow Tater, Ive marked this day down, Because i completely agree with what you just said. This is all part of the Tattle tale society we have become. If you dont like whats going on at the moment, Run off and tell somebody. If i were a parent of a top level athlete, I would have no reservations sending them off to the likes of Mike Leach or Bobby Knight. Make a man out of em. Show them the way and even "Adjust their position" from time to time.

I don't think any coach is entitled to the remainder of their contract for mistreating players like Leach did - a fact verified by witnesses. He deserved to be fired. I hope Texas Tech fights this case to the end.
