Sinnery threw a complete-game shutout of Iowa on Friday, allowing six hits and tying a season-high with eight strikeouts in the 11-0 win.

It was the third complete game of the season and fifth of his career. According to MGoBlue.com, he pitched 8 1/3 innings of Michigan's only other shutout this season, a 4-0 win over Michigan State on April 6.

Sinnery was the last Michigan pitcher to win the award in April 2011.

Weber was honored by the MAC for the second time this season after tossing his second complete-game shutout in three starts Saturday against Bowling Green. He shared the weekly honor with Central Michigan's Dietrich Enns.

Weber allowed four hits in a 6-0 win at Oestrike Stadium, three of them described as "weakly-hit infield singles" by EMUEagles.com.

In his last three appearances, Weber is 3-0 with a 1.07 ERA and has pitched 25.1 out of a possible 27 innings.
