By AnnArbor.com Staff

There will be an SEC Red championship game at Temperance Bedford High School on Tuesday.

When Friday night began, Bedford was a half game back of Huron in the league standings, but after beating Saline 56-43, the River Rats and Kicking Mules are now tied for first with one remaining game against each other.

Michael Smutny scored 15 for the Hornets to try and spoil Bedford's shot at the outright title, but it wasn't enough. (Story | Boxscore)
