Chelsea-Lincoln continues to cruise in the AnnArbor.com “Game of the Week” football poll.
And if any other fanbases were planning on mounting a comeback, now would be the time to start.
The Bulldogs and Railsplitters have garnered 843 votes as of noon Tuesday, just over 64 percent of the 1,295 votes that have been cast.
Saline at Monroe is in second place with 178 votes, followed by Temperance Bedford/Pioneer, Huron/Skyline and Adrian/Ypsilanti.
Voting closes at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Railsplitters are going for their third Game of the Week win of the season, while Chelsea is going for its first.
The two teams will meet Friday at Lincoln in their fourth league games of the year and both are 2-1 in Southeastern Conference play and tied for second in the SEC White standings. The Bulldogs have won the last 14 games in the series.
