Glenn Bryant transfers from Arkansas to Eastern Michigan basketball program
Power forward Glenn Bryant, who averaged 3.4 points and 2.7 rebounds in two seasons at Arkansas, has transferred to Eastern Michigan University, the EMU athletic department confirmed Thursday.
Bryant, a 6-foot-7 Detroit native, will sit out the 2011-12 season and have two seasons of eligibility with the Eagles. On Wednesday, Eastern announced that 7-foot center DaShonte Riley will transfer from Syracuse to Eastern to follow new EMU coach Rob Murphy, a former Syracuse assistant.
