Vinology, A swank, upbeat wine bar offering over 200 bottles of wine and 50 by the glass, Vinology aims to make wine selection user-friendly. The wine list classifies wines according to taste, like "big and bold," "silky texture," "crisp," "sweet" and "sparkling." Knowledgeable servers are helpful in selecting which wine best compliments the small plates as well as entrees. Small plates include seared sea scallops and tempura tofu with a sweet chili sauce while popular entrees are New York strip steak, lobster truffle risotto and grilled shrimp with polenta, tomatoes and spinach. During Happy Hour, Monday through Saturday, 4:00 to 6:00, wines by the glass are half off, while draft beers are $3.00 and miniburgers are $5.00; Flatbread pizza is $6.00. There's also a late night Happy Hour on Wednesday, 9:00 p.m. to close, and on Sunday, 50 wines are 50% off.
