Seva, which opened in 1973, was one of Ann Arbor's first entirely vegetarian restaurants. It's long been the go-to destination for those shunning meat, including vegans, since it offers so many choices of hearty, healthy-focused dishes. The entrees reflect the influences of many countries, from enchiladas calabaza, to North African couscous, to a Caribbean quesadilla. There are also several sandwiches, like a chargrilled tempeh burger, salads and breakfast foods, served all day long. There's also a kid's menu, a gluten free menu and a full bar. An extensive brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays until 3:00 p.m.
