What are you holding on to?
Here are some frequent reasons:
1. I'm too busy 2. I don't know what I want to do 3. I don't know how 4. My kids need me 5. I don't have enough money 6. I'm afraid 7. I have to take care of my aging parents 8. Etc., etc., etc.!!
We can blame others, ourselves, our past, the economy, but the bottom line is that when we stay in stuck thinking our lives stay stuck.
Where are you stuck in your life? What can you do to move forward, to take a leap, to jump to the next square or to meander down a new path? Like the pine cone in the picture, we have to let go and see where we fall in order for new growth to take place.
Remember small steps slow us down and focus our desires!
