Lincoln schools community to hold farewell reception for retiring superintendent Lynn Cleary
The Lincoln school board and Lincoln Consolidated Schools officials will hold a retirement reception for outgoing superintendent Lynn Cleary from 3-6 p.m. Monday in the Childs Elementary School cafeteria, 7300 Bemis Road.
Cleary has been working in education for 32 years and is set to retire from the district at the end of June. The reception is open to the public and the program will begin at 4:30 p.m.
Cleary will be replaced by new superintendent Ellen Bonter, the current superintendent of the Mason County Eastern School District, at the beginning of July.
