University of Michigan police arrest 2, cite 11 at today's football game
University of Michigan police arrested two people for underage drinking at today's game and cited 11 others for various offenses.
Campus police spokeswoman Diane Brown said eight people were ticketed for having alcohol in the stadium, two for illegal sale of tickets and one for possessing someone else's ID.
Police ejected an additional 19 people - 10 for possessing someone else's ID, four for passing their IDs to others, three for alcohol in the stadium, one for urinating in public and one for disorderly conduct.
Emergency personnel treated 80 people in the stadium, and 11 were taken to the hospital. Their conditions were not available.
Today's attendance was 108,543.

Really stonecutter? Do you not think that if people are willing to break the laws such as MIP, they're not willing to break other laws such as driving while under the influence? Or maybe vandalize property? Also, the article states the UofM Police took the action against the violators, not the A2 PD, so why rag on them?

Amen DennisP. Ever heard of tackling? As far as the MIP's and alcohol in the stadium, really? AA cops have nothing better to do? Good thing there are no B&E's going on or anything! Way to stop the real crime! I feel safer already!

"... and cited 11 others for various offenses." The other 11 cited should have been the UM defense.
