Thunderstorm warning expires; watch still in effect
By AnnArbor.com Staff
The severe thunderstorm warning for eastern Washtenaw County expired at 7 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
The storms that prompted the warning have weakened and moved out of the area. However, gusty winds and heavy rain is still possible, according to the Weather Service.
There is a chance storms may redevelop and a severe thunderstorm watch is still in effect.

I'm wondering about power outages. Our power has been continuously dim (so we have turned everything off, unplugged, etc.) since at least 7:00 (we weren't home before then), just west of Allmendinger Park. I'm wondering where else in town power has been affected and how quickly it's being restored.
