Saline has partnered with Service Line Warranties of America to provide low-cost warranty protection for water lines.

“Saline residents are responsible for maintaining their water lines that extend from the utility connection at the water main to their homes. If these lines break or leak, repairs can be very expensive,” Todd Campbell, city manager, said in a press release today. The cost is $5 per month, and will cover water line repairs up to $4,000, plus an additional $4,000 in coverage if public street cutting is required, the release said.

Residents will receive offers in their mail boxes soon.
