Saline Post: Saline High School student group to host candidate forum Oct. 25
High school students will lead the district's candidate forum for four candidates vying for two open seats on the Saline Board of Education this November.
The candidate forum will take place at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 25 in the Saline Middle School auditorium, according to the Saline Post. STRIVE, Students Reinvesting In a Valuable Education, will host the event.
The forum was moved from its original location, the Liberty School media center, to the middle school auditorium to coincide with an open house for the Foundation for Saline Area Schools, which will hopefully attract more community members, STRIVE organizers told the Post.
