Very sad. It would be useful to see photos of the snowbank and the guard rail. Plow truck drivers are specifically trained not to pile snow adjacent to guard rails because the danger of launching cars into the air is a known risk. The snow acts as a ramp. I am certain the accident investigation looked at that, and it will eventually come out.
