Pickup truck smashes into front porch of Ypsilanti home

No one was injured when the Ford F-150 veered off the road in the 400 block of Emmet Street and lodged into the front of the home.

While they were there, the homeowner returned, and officials helped shore up the porch with a temporary post, said fire Capt. Michelle Stanbury.
Ypsilanti police could not immediately be reached Sunday, and the cause of the crash was unclear.
