Musician and veteran James Todd Jr. plays to see the smile on people's faces
By Melanie Maxwell
You won't find blues musician and veteran James Todd Jr. gracing the stages of dingy night clubs or corner bars.
Instead, Todd, a self-taught piano and blues singer, is a popular guy in the halls at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System where he often takes a seat at the piano in the lobby and entertains the patients and staff.
See a video of Todd performing:

I'm definitely impressed that he's self-taught! Great video.

James, thank you for your wonderful music. You lift the spirits of everyone besides being a darn good blues man.
