Man exposes himself to children in Dexter, deputies say

By Lee Higgins

Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man accused of exposing himself in the Dexter area several times recently, including to three children.

Deputies say the man drove up near a Dexter home Friday night, stopped his car and began to watch the children, who were inside playing video games.

When the children saw him, he turned on an interior light in his car and exposed himself, a sheriff's department incident summary said.

Shortly after that incident, the man exposed himself to a woman in the Loch Alpine subdivision in Webster Township, deputies said. The woman had just returned home after going shopping, the summary said.

Deputies are investigating two other incidents involving the same man in the Polo Fields subdivision off Zeeb Road in Scio Township, the summary said.

The man is described as white, between 40 to 50 years old, of a medium to heavy build, and has short hair that's light-colored or gray.

He is believed to be using two different vehicles, deputies said. One is a dark-colored minivan. The other is a white four-door sedan with a spoiler, similar to a Chevrolet Impala, the summary said. It has two scratches on one of the passenger side doors.

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's tip line at 734-973-7711.

Hey Craig, I've got a great idea what to do with this piece of human garbage and it doesn't involve another liberal judge and some psychologist. Neither one which would step forward and except responsibility when someones child is either killed or scared for life.

IMO people who do things like this have a few screws loose that probably can't be properly tightened. Unfortunately we closed the Loose Screw Hotel down on Platt and Willis Roads somewhere around 1991 under John Engler. So now we don't have any good answers when the guy is caught.
