An afternoon of heavy rainfall has transitioned to heavy snowfall, creating slick road conditions in the Ann Arbor area.
The National Weather Service still predicts a snowfall of about 4 inches from a winter storm by the time it ends Wednesday.

I was out last night and the roads were terrible, but people were (for the most part) being extremely cautious.

Packard road was perfect until I crossed Carpenter road into Ypsilanti. Made me wonder if Ypsi even has snow removal equipment.

That's Washtenaw County/Pittsfield Township. My bus got stuck twice while I was on it, trying to pick up passengers and then get going again. So, no, Washtenaw County hadn't bothered. In the time I was there, one plow went by and cleared the center turn lane.
