Get ready for snow in Washtenaw County

By AnnArbor.com Staff

It's too late for a white Christmas, but that doesn't mean the Ann Arbor area won't see some snow before the end of the year.

Forecasters are saying that some light snow mixed with rain could start in Washtenaw County overnight, with a likely accumulation of about a half-inch by morning.

The snow and rain mix will continue in the morning, according to the forecast, turning to snow by afternoon.

Forecasters say up to 2 inches could cover the ground by the end of the day.

The rest of the week looks like it'll be dry on Wednesday, followed by another chance of light snow on Thursday and Friday.

Slow down or pay attention or leave a little earlier. Minor things that drivers have seem to have forgotten.

Oh golly, a weather story. I can look up the weather forecast straight from the NOAA in real time, anytime. These stories almost made sense in print but here?

Yes, it does makes sense. Information is information, and not everyone gathers the weather forecast in the same way.
