Ypsilanti Township man convicted of possessing, sharing child pornography
An Ypsilanti Township man admitted to collecting child pornography and soliciting it from others during a hearing in Washtenaw County Circuit Court.
Charles Clemons, 54, pleaded guilty as charged to using a computer to commit a crime and three counts of possessing child sexually abusive material, records show.
A sentencing agreement is in place with Circuit Judge Melinda Morris, but details were not outlined in court records.
Prosecutors charged Clemons in October after a lengthy investigation initiated by the U.S. Postal Service. The alleged offense occurred in April.
Clemons remains free on a personal bond pending sentencing March 28. His attorney, Ronald Gold, did not return messages.

This case will come out in the wash dried and clean. Admitting was a good choice, now he must keep himself out of any kind of trouble. (until he goes to court).
