I take it this home owner wasn't home. (and maybe a good thing) You never know which neighbbor to ask to watch your home and belongings while you are away. (but these cowards seem to know who is home and who is not most of the time) I am so thankful for my neighbors, and the vacation watch by our police department. We are close knit, I already know which neighbor will be away tomorrow, what time they are leaving, where they are going, and what time they will return. This is just for a few hours, be aware thugs, don't even attempt to break-in.
