Tools stolen from sheds in Ypsilanti Township

An unknown person burglarized three sheds Saturday evening in Ypsilanti Township, stealing power tools and lawn equipment, deputies reported.

The burglaries occurred in the early evening hours Saturday in the 10300 block of Bemis Road in Ypsilanti Township, according to a Washtenaw County Sherriff’s Office report. All three sheds showed evidence of forced entry, according to deputies.

Power tools and lawn equipment were taken from all three sheds. No suspect description was available Tuesday morning.

Anyone with information on these burglaries is asked to call the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office anonymous tip line at 734-973-7711.
