Thief breaks into home, swipes electronics and jewelry

Someone broke into a home in Ypsilanti Friday morning and stole electronics, jewelry and a small amount of cash, police said.

The break-in was reported about 7 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of Frederick Street, police said in a media summary.

No suspect was identified.
