Ann Arbor police are investigating a break-in reported Wednesday in the 2800 block of Packard Road, police spokeswoman Lt. Renee Bush said.

A woman checked on her parents' home and found the front door was forced open, and the home was ransacked, Bush said. It's unclear whether anything was taken, Bush said. The break-in occurred between 8 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
