Men attempt to kick in door at Washtenaw Avenue home, Ann Arbor police say
Three men attempted to kick in a door Saturday night at a home in the 400 block of Washtenaw Avenue, but were scared off by three women inside, Ann Arbor police said.
Upon being confronted by the women at 11:30 p.m., the men claimed they were trying to find a party, then left the area, police spokeswoman Lt. Renee Bush said.
Police say the door was damaged.
One of the men was described as white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighing 180 pounds with a medium build. He was wearing a red baseball cap and white jersey jacket with a zipper and red shirt, police said.
A second man was described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds with a black afro, beard, mustache and very thin build, police said. He was wearing a puffy jacket with a hood.
The other man was described as white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds with a medium build. He was wearing dark clothing, police said. All three men were about 21 years old, Bush said.

Hah! IF anyone tries to kick in my door: 1) they'll hurt their legs 2) they'll make A LOT of noise trying to get in. Either way that's just the first line they have to get past... Can you say the same? Don't you wish you could say the same?

Confronted by women, (more than one) was not the safest thing to do. Another three-some! Cowards, but why does race, color, or white make a difference? A suspect is a SUSPECT in committing a crime.

So it's okay two say two white suspects but when it comes to the description of the other offender AA.com as always magically leaves out the race. Way to go with your over liberal reporting.

On the contrary, AA.com does a good job of providing complete descripions of suspects.

Not true. In fact, A2.com was one of the first online publications to identify criminals by mugshot and racial descriptions.
