Man exposes himself to bicyclist, Ann Arbor police say

A man drove up next to a female bicyclist Monday afternoon near the intersection of East University Avenue and Vaughn Street and exposed himself, Ann Arbor police spokeswoman Lt. Renee Bush said.
He made a comment to the 20-year-old woman at 12:15 p.m., prompting her to look in his direction, Bush said.
She saw he was exposing his genitals and looked away, Bush said. The man then continued driving.
The man was driving a four-door white Nissan Sentra, police said. He was described as black, overweight, bald and was wearing an earring.
