Ann Arbor police Lt. Renee Bush said two men entered CURRY UP, 2711 Plymouth Road, between 3:46 and 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

The men reportedly smashed the front glass door, entered the business and stole cash registers and cash, Bush said.

The first suspect is described as a white man wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, baggy pants and dark shoes. The second man is described as white and wearing dark-colored shorts, dark sweatshirt, dark shoes and a light-colored shirt.

The Ann Arbor police detective bureau is investigating the incident.

Anyone with information on the break-in is encouraged to call the Ann Arbor police anonymous tip line at 734-794-6939 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK UP (773-2587).

One of the basics of retail security measures is to always empty the cash registers and leave the drawers open so that they are not stolen or destroyed by someone thinking there may be cash inside.

Do you think we should be looking for a conspiracy here? An anti-Indian thing? Have you alerted the AAPD?
