Ann Arbor police Lt. Renee Bush said investigators were called at 10:40 a.m. Thursday to the store at 221 W. Liberty St. for a report of a break-in. Employees told police the intruder forced open an unlocked side window.

Bush said the only thing missing from the store was a cash register that contained an unknown amount of money. The intruder likely exited through the same window since all of the other doors to the business were still locked Thursday morning.

The store does have security cameras and police are reviewing footage as a part of the investigation, Bush said.

Anyone with information on the incident is encouraged to call the Ann Arbor police anonymous tip line at 734-794-6939.
