Ann Arbor police investigating reported rape

Detective Lt. Robert Pfannes said a woman reported being raped at 2 a.m. Wednesday on South Main Street by an acquaintance. However, the woman has since chosen not to speak to police.

The woman reported the rape to personnel at a local hospital, who then contacted the police, Pfannes said.

The investigation is continuing.
