A man who exposed himself to a woman while she was jogging Sunday on Fuller Road is now believed to be responsible for four other indecent exposure incidents in Ann Arbor starting in September 2010, police said today.

Investigators are working to identify the man who drives a dark blue four-door Chevrolet and exposes himself in the late afternoon or early evening in the Fuller Road area, Det. Sgt. Brian Jatczak said.

Several of the incidents have occurred near Huron High School, prompting school officials to send out an alert to parents in August. Police believe the same man is responsible, based on descriptions witnesses have provided.

In the most recent case, about 5:10 p.m. Sunday, a 26-year-old Ann Arbor woman was jogging east in the 900 block of Fuller Road, when she stopped to allow a dark blue Chevrolet to pull into a parking lot, police said. She continued jogging and saw the car pull into another parking lot in front of her.

Police said a man who was completely naked got out of the car and began walking toward the woman. That's when the woman turned and started jogging west, police said. The man drove away, heading east on Fuller Road.

There were two other cases on Aug. 21. In one of those incidents, a University of Michigan student was driving west on Fuller Road when she saw a naked man standing on a sidewalk. In the other case, a woman was walking in the 2700 block of Fuller Road when she saw a car back into a parking lot. A nude man exited the driver's side.

Also, on Aug. 6, a woman was walking on Fuller Road when she saw a car parked the wrong way in a driveway for Huron High School. The woman approached the car and a man got out who was completely naked.

And in September 2010, Huron High School cross country runners reported seeing a naked man on their route. The description provided in that case matches the recent cases.

The man is described as white, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds. He's in his late 50s or early 60s and has long, straight brown and gray hair and a long brown and gray beard.
