A 19-year-old Ann Arbor man was arrested Saturday morning after Ann Arbor police say he appeared to be concealing a pistol when he attempted to get into a Greenwood Avenue home where a party was being held.

Officers responded to the home in the 900 block of Greenwood Avenue at 1:20 a.m. and found the man, who was intoxicated, police spokeswoman Lt. Renee Bush said.

Police searched the area and recovered a fake handgun, Bush said.

The man was taken to the Washtenaw County Jail. No further details were available this morning.
