2 car thefts reported in Ypsilanti Tuesday
Two cars were stolen in Ypsilanti on Tuesday, police report.
The first car theft was reported at 12:57 a.m. in the 200 block of Maple Street, according to a crime summary from the Ypsilanti Police Department.
An unknown suspect stole a car from the woman's residence.
At 12:30 p.m., a stolen car was reported in the 300 block of Chidester Street, according to the summary. An unknown suspect took the victim's car while it was parked overnight.
No more information was immediately available.
