Crash backs up traffic on M-14 near Ann Arbor

By Cindy Heflin

A four-car crash was causing a lengthy backup on M-14 east of Ann Arbor Wednesday morning.

The crash on westbound M-14 near Vorhies Road had blocked the left lane and slowed traffic to a crawl, a witness said. A dispatcher with the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office said the crash occurred about 8:30 a.m. State Police were still on the scene of the crash about 9:30, she said.

Further information was not immediately available.

It met get really frustrating for the people who have to drive this stretch to work every morning. It seems that there are almost daily accidents. What's going on? Don't people learn?
