Chelsea doctor's office raided by federal agents

Federal agents raided a Chelsea doctor's office Wednesday, but details were scant.
Drug Enforcement Agency group supervisor Andrew Eiseman confirmed Thursday a federal search warrant was executed at the office of Dr. Anthony Choe Wednesday morning.
The agency could not comment on the nature of the raid or what was taken from the office of the family practitioner because it's an ongoing investigation, Eiseman said.
Manchester resident Sandy Goosby said she was driving near the office, located at 1600 Commerce Park Drive, Wednesday morning around 9:30 or 10 a.m. and saw officers, patrol cars and police tape.
"(The officers) were carrying out big black bags," she said.
The offices were closed Wednesday when AnnArbor.com called. On Thursday, the receptionist who answered had no comment.

I saw it also, I was going to wendy's. It looked like a bad seen going on. There were a lot of cops / DEA. I do not remember seeing tape just lots of bags of files, and other evidence.

Pharm companies have taught (bribed?) the current crop of doctors to adopt the mantra of "There is a pill for every ill and a potion for every emotion."

I'm pretty happy with modern medicine and pharmacology myself. Feel free to keep using leeches if you like.

They never asked that anybody buy them houses. It was the Whiners that did not like seeing them in public that caused tax payer money to be used to house them.

Be interesting to see what links may tie this incident to the recent outbreaks of watermelon mutilation and the shuttering not so long ago of the Camp Take Notice homeless enclave.

Doesn't look good. But then, to me, most all doctor's push drugs.

Having worked in the health field I found that most patients indeed leave doctor's offices with prescriptions. Why do you think antibiotics are so ineffective now? Why do you think so many elderly are disoriented? People expect to be given a "cure" and doctor's have been eager to provide it, whether it is or not.
